Stephanie Brady, Founder and Managing Director


Stephanie brings more than 25 years of growth and innovation expertise to companies, nonprofits and new ventures.

She’s led social impact initiatives for clients including the United Way Worldwide, International Rescue Committee, The Conservation Fund, American Lung Association, Shriners Children’s Hospitals, Oskar Blues Foundation, Bead For Life and Cancer and Careers.

Her passion for mission-minded results stems from her private sector experience, leading omni-channel growth, marketing campaign strategies and new product launches for Mrs. Fields, PepsiCo, Firehouse Subs, Marriott, IBM, Sylvania Lighting and Hasbro.

As a champion of collaborative learning, lean impact, and design thinking principles, Stephanie designs and facilitates workshops for executive teams and project groups to empower strategic planning, program design, community engagement, impact messaging, partnership development and cause marketing skills.

Stephanie is a national speaker, keynote presenter and workshop facilitator on the topics of sustainable growth, purpose branding, social entrepreneurship, innovation at work and strategic planning for conferences, associations and organizations including SeedCo, National Center for Social Entrepreneurs, the Nonprofit Learning Lab, WILD Women’s Leadership Summit and Citigroup’s Women CEO.

She was selected as a 2014 Points of Light Civic Accelerator for her work to ignite entrepreneur and problem solving skills for high school students through real-world startup challenges. Stephanie is also a former Media General syndicated columnist and Starbucks-sponsored CBS radio host of Books@Work, featuring high-profile CEOs and the books that influence their business leadership.

Stephanie holds a BS degree from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management and an MBA from University of Tampa.
